We are a dynamic network at the interface between universities and companies for:

 

  • promoting research

  • optimising technology transfer through efficient management

 

ADER PACA :

 

  • supports and advises research organisations in staff recruitment and facilities management

  • provides contracts for young researchers (200 contract workers with social security cover)

  • promotes the spread of knowledge and the development of science and technology

  • enhances the international profile of public-sector research by drawing on skills and expertise in the region.

We have created a simple and effective management tool to help with:

  • analysing and preparing funding applications (e.g. research tax credit)

  • implementing joint projects more quickly and simply

  • supporting business promotion (spin-offs etc.) and applied research

 

Our organisation offers quick responses to administrative, financial or legal questions at any time:

 

  • Help with costing scientific projects, particularly through projection of the total payroll costs

  • Grant applications

  • Advice about taxation issues in research

  • Contract and patent law, and business applications of research

  • Advice on Labour Law and employers obligations

ADER PACA, has a 40-strong joint Board of Directors (with equal representation of businesses and universities), 5 permanent staff and 200 contract workers. ADER’s goal is to be a catalyst for business creation in the region, through innovation and technology transfer.

 

200 contracts in all areas of research in partnership with businesses, Government Ministries and Local Authorities, accounting for total income of € 4 million, 130 PhD grants with the PACA Regional Council, Administrative manager of the Regional centre for Chemical Formulation and Administrative manager of the Gas Energy Forum.
